Snatch UP Jobs in the retail technology space is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead multiple customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will lead software implementations from discovery through go-live, manage plans and risks, and deliver practical fashion retail solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team.
• Experience traveling regularly and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Turn fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
