Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will manage discovery, scope, testing and go-live, partnering with product and technical teams to turn fashion retail requirements into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations in fashion/apparel.
• Strong ability to drive projects end-to-end with minimal teams.
• Comfort traveling regularly to customer sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion/merchandise requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Facilitate customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
