Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is hiring a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive successful implementations by managing discovery, scope, testing, acceptance and go-live, while collaborating with product and technical teams to turn fashion retail requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail operations.
• Proven delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel 30%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and reviews.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
