Puffy, a leading U.S. mattress brand, is seeking a Retail Field & Acquisition Manager to enhance partner growth across the U.S. This remote position involves activating existing accounts, opening new partnerships, and ensuring retail expertise.

Qualified candidates should have 5-8 years in account management or field sales, demonstrating ability to prospect and manage relationships. A competitive salary of up to $105K plus bonuses is offered, alongside remote work and significant benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in territory management, account management, or field sales in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts and prospecting.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent account touchpoints across retention and acquisition.
• Self-directed and capable of operating independently in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Activate dormant accounts and open new doors in retail.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new retail partners.
• Work with leadership and understand strategic decision-making.
• Travel for field visits and trade shows as needed.
