Job summary

Puffy, a top-5 U.S. mattress brand, is seeking a Retail Field & Acquisition Manager to drive retail partner growth. In this remote role, you’ll activate dormant accounts and open new doors while working closely with high-level leadership. The position requires 5-8 years of B2B sales experience. Compensation includes a base salary of up to $105K with a 10% performance bonus and company-funded travel for business purposes. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in territory management, account management, or field sales in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing relationships.
• Self-directed and capable of operating independently in a remote, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Activate dormant accounts and establish new retail partners.
• Improve ordering rates and sign new accounts in the first 6 months.
• Manage both retention and acquisition functions in the role.
