Job summary

Puffy, a Top 5 US mattress brand, is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to open and grow retail bedding accounts across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. You’ll own prospecting, account priorities, travel cadence, and territory strategy, working directly with the Director of Retail.

You’ll convert existing retailer relationships into Puffy accounts, build territory coverage, and drive regional growth with autonomy and an industry-leading commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to mattress retailers with established relationships across smaller and larger bedding retailers.
• Strong drive to exceed targets.
• Demonstrated consultative selling capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close retail accounts across your territory.
• Partner with our Retail General Manager to drive regional growth.
• Own prospecting approach, account priorities, travel cadence, and territory strategy.
• Convert existing retailer relationships into Puffy accounts to build coverage and growth.
• Maintain territory coverage and growth through account management and ordering.
