Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for high-volume retail banking projects in the Central Time Zone. This remote role supports HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, with no travel required and the ability to collaborate with a large client team.

Ideal candidates have a background in construction management and strong Microsoft Office/Procore skills. SOX controls may apply, and on-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, resources, cost estimates, and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
• Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
