Job summary

Grubhub is seeking a remote Account Executive to drive restaurant partnerships in the District of Columbia. You will research restaurants, contact decision makers, and demonstrate how Grubhub can grow their business through a growing national network.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, travel for in-person pitches, and work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with competitive compensation and meal perks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese are a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the market expert: engage the most wanted restaurants in your territory and help us discover hidden gems our diners crave.
• Conduct extensive cold calling (60+ dials per day), emailing, and social outreach to prospective decision makers.
• Manage a territory and own the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Travel into the market to conduct in person sales pitches with merchant owners.
• Exceed high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment.
