Job summary

Southeast BU - Region 0T: Remote, Roswell, Georgia 30004. The Restaurant District Manager will supervise 10-14 Restaurant Managers across a regional network, driving people, operations and financial performance while ensuring brand standards and safety.

This role reports to the Restaurant Operations Director and requires travel, weekends, and long hours as needed. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and is prepared

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work includes long hours, weekends, holidays, travel, and some overnight stays.
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-14 Restaurant Managers (RM’s) to drive People, Operations, and Financial results.
• Develop and implement business strategies for traffic, check, and revenue growth.
• Coach RM’s in local store marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure brand and company standards, safety, and compliance across restaurants.
• Own and analyze financial metrics; partner with RM’s to drive profitability and action plans.
