Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant District Manager in Roswell, GA to lead a team of 10-14 Restaurant Managers and oversee guest service, operations, and financial performance across assigned locations. The role emphasizes driving revenue, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Long hours, weekends, holidays, travel, and some overnight stays.
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a guest centric culture that provides excellent customer service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Develops and maintains business strategies for traffic, check, and overall revenue growth.
• Coaches RM's to implement local store marketing strategies and participate in community activities to promote the business.
• Leads and develops a team of 10-14 Restaurant Managers and ensures operational standards are met.
• Tracks and reports changes in the business environment and analyzes financial performance to improve profitability.
