Job summary

Burger King is seeking a District Manager to oversee the operations, profitability and team performance of multiple restaurants in the Roswell area. You will develop staffing plans, coach managers and ensure adherence to corporate standards across the region.

The role requires multi-unit restaurant experience, strong leadership, financial acumen and excellent communication. You will drive profitability while upholding safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 4 year college business degree is preferred or equal experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in multiunit management in the food industry is preferred.
• Must have extensive and successful experience as a restaurant general manager.
• Familiarity with company organization, policies and procedures, and personnel preferred.
• Requires excellent human relations skills including leadership and motivation.
• Strong communication skills: listening, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Staffing restaurants with qualified RGMs and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve top line sales vs. budget for each area.
• Control expenses and achieve budget for restaurant operating profit for each area of the P&L.
• Ensure restaurants meet Burger King operational standards.
