J&B Medical Supply Co Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator-Resolution Specialist to support our teams and leadership with escalated issues, delivering timely resolutions and conducting quality checks to improve the order experience. The role will assist in handling the order process from start to finish with cross-functional collaboration.

This full-time position is remote for designated states and may require in-office work if located within 40 miles of Wixom, Michigan. Start date: 11/4/26.

Qualifications

• Essential functions describe problem resolution, quality checks and improving order processes.
• Responsibilities include documenting correspondence, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and handling escalated issues.

Responsabilités

• Understands the account flow and resources needed to progress an order.
• Addresses negative survey results with research, checks and solutions.
• Provides updates to inquiries from providers via email inbox.
• Responds to negative social media reviews to resolve promptly.
• Follows complaint process and submits improvement suggestions.
• Documents all correspondence in the company database.
• Communicates with members by phone, Web Portal, or texts for updates.
• Works with Medical Documents, Dynamic Synergy, Verification Team, Quality, Shipping, and others.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours; may include evenings/weekends.
