J&B Medical Supply Co Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator-Resolution Specialist to support our teams with escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to patients. The role emphasizes quality checks and improvement suggestions to streamline the order process and deliver a personalized member experience.

This full-time position supports remote work for eligible states (AL, FL, GA, IN, LA, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV); in-office work may be required if you live within 40 miles of Wixom, MI.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care or healthcare coordination.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes and medical supply handling.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle member orders from start to finish with cross-functional support.
• Research accounts and address negative survey feedback with appropriate solutions.
• Provide updates to provider inquiries via the Provider Status Update email.
• Respond to negative social media reviews in a timely manner.
• Document all member communications clearly in the company system.
• Coordinate with Medical Documents, Verification, Quality, Shipping teams as needed.
• Assist with contracts related to specified insurances and generate reports for leadership.
• Manage deactivations emails to identify trends and aid member retention.
• Support process improvement initiatives and staff coaching as required.
• Work schedule: full-time Mon-Fri 6:00am-6:00pm; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
