Responsabilités

• Provide support to teams and leadership for escalated issues.

• Assist in handling the order process from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Document all correspondence in the company database and communicate updates to members.
• Collaborate with Medical Documents, Verification Team, Shipping, and other departments.
