BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the organization’s resident connectivity, Internet, and IoT initiatives across the portfolio. This remote role requires strategic leadership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize program performance and resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel within assigned markets and regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio, aligning with goals and performance targets.
• Develop initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resident adoption, and financial performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback; implement enhancements.
• Oversee multiple installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Accounting, Procurement, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver program initiatives.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and timelines.
