Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead the organization's internet, IoT, and smart technology initiatives across our portfolio. The role focuses on strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization with the goal of improving resident experience and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver initiatives, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery across communities, while

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (local and overnight).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe products and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, executive leadership, and vendors to maximize program performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee installations, conversions, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify opportunities to improve utilization, revenue, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
• Present program updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
