Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business, PM, IT, Communications, or related field preferred.
• ~2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or tech implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight trips.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools; experience with project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Connectivity/IoT program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Define KPIs; monitor, report, and optimize program performance.
• Ensure projects are on time, within scope, and budget; manage risks.
