Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role. You will help customers research options, compare destinations, and coordinate reservations while delivering professional service across channels.

This role suits self-motivated individuals who enjoy organizing, communicating, and building relationships. Training and ongoing development are provided, with flexible scheduling and access to booking technology.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Experience in customer service or reservations is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
