Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote opportunity. You will assist customers in researching and comparing vacation options, provide excellent service through the planning and booking process, and coordinate reservations with accurate information.

Ideal candidates communicate well by phone, email, and online platforms, stay organized while handling multiple requests, and are self-motivated to work remotely with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email and online platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
