Southernbridgegroup seeks motivated Customer Services Coordinators for a fully remote role. You will assist customers in researching and comparing travel options, provide professional service throughout planning and reservations, and coordinate bookings while maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.
