Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role. You will help customers explore destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options while delivering professional planning and reservation support.

In this remote position, you will coordinate reservations, maintain accurate customer information, and communicate essential details, deadlines, and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.
