Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators to join a fully remote team in the United States. The role focuses on researching options, coordinating reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from home, with strong communication skills across phone, email, and online platforms. Training is provided to develop expertise in destinations and booking technology.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
