Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role in the United States. You will research destinations and accommodations, coordinate reservations, and provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Training and team support are provided to develop hospitality, reservation, and business-building skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
