Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking Customer Services Coordinators for a fully remote role in the United States. You will research vacation options, assist with reservations, and deliver professional customer service throughout planning and booking processes.

This position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and independent work in a dynamic, remote team. Training and ongoing development are provided to build skills in reservations, destinations, and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable interacting by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
