• Coordinate internal/external meetings and manage vendor contracts.
• Assist Project Manager with planning, delegation, and task allocation across teams.
• Support contract development with funder and manage related processes.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing as requested.
• Occasionally travel for meetings as needed.
