Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead a project support team, manage timelines, and collaborate with funders and external investigators. The role requires a strong research background, attention to detail, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

The position involves coordinating meetings, overseeing contracts, and supporting proposal development, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct, and how project objectives contribute to the program
• High accuracy, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Aware of audience; adapt communication accordingly
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated supervisory ability
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilités

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, and monitor progress
• Provide direct supervision to project support team members
• Develop, monitor, and track project timelines; alert when off track
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and manage vendor contracts
• Assist with planning and delegation of tasks across functional teams
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and team support
• Provide contract development support with funder; facilitate subcontracts
• Ensure compliance with contract/grant specifications
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams
• Assist proposal development and editing with collaborators
