Job summary

DVSport Inc. is seeking a Replay Technical Support Specialist to join our Chicago-area team with remote capabilities. You will support, integrate, and maintain our replay solutions product line, performing operations at conferences, and providing on-site or remote phone support.

The role requires travel to visit customers and events, strong hardware and software knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues. Evening and weekend work is expected with time off during the week.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers, games, and events.
• Evening and weekend availability with time off during the week.
• Strong collaboration and independent judgment within procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support, integrate and maintain replay solutions product line.
• Provide on-site and remote phone support for replay solutions.
• Perform product testing and identify hardware or software needs.
• Travel to conferences, clinics and industry events; report to management.
