Join DVSport Inc., a leader in sports technology, as a Replay Technical Support Specialist. This role supports, integrates, and maintains our replay solutions, delivering on-site and remote assistance at conferences and events.

You will test products, address software/hardware needs, and participate in industry clinics and meetings. The position requires travel to visit customers, post-season events, and deployed systems, with evening/weekend hours and time-off adjustments during the week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical associate preferred.
• Experience with hardware and software support in a technical environment.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for replay solutions.
• Assist with replay operations at conferences and events.
• Test software/hardware and identify development needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
