Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel to visit customers and events.
- Evening/weekend work schedule with compensating time off during the week.
- Strong collaboration and independent judgment within procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support, integrate and maintain replay solutions on site and remotely.
- Test replay products and identify development needs.
- Travel to conferences and events to support deployed systems.
- Coordinate with Regional Account Manager and National Director of Account Management.
