Job summary

DVSport, Inc. is seeking a Replay Technical Support Specialist to support, integrate and maintain our replay solutions. The role includes on-site and remote support, and travel to events to ensure smooth operation of video replay systems.

The ideal candidate will have hardware/software experience, be able to test and troubleshoot, and travel as needed. This is a work-from-home role requiring Baltimore residency, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical hardware and support for replay systems or similar video tech.
• Travel-ready; willing to visit venues and events.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; strong hardware knowledge.
• Familiarity with 720p/1080p/4K video formats and high frame rates.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for replay solutions and testing.
• Assist with integration, maintenance and operation at conferences and events.
• Collaborate with account management and other teams to resolve issues.
