DVSport, an Emmy-winning leader in sports technology, is seeking a Replay Technical Support Specialist to support, integrate, and maintain our replay solutions. You will provide on-site and remote support across conferences and events, test products, and help identify hardware and software needs.

The role requires travel to visit customers and attend tournaments, with evening/weekend availability and the ability to work from home in Baltimore, MD area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and field support is valued.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers, games, and events.

Responsibilities

• Support, integrate, and maintain replay solutions product line.
• Provide on-site and remote phone support for replay products.
• Perform product testing and identify hardware/software needs.
• Attend industry events and clinics as needed.
