Job summary

DVSport Inc. is seeking a Replay Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for our replay solutions. This role requires strong hardware and video system skills and a willingness to travel to games and events.

You will test products, identify hardware or software needs, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable replay operations across conferences and deployments. Evening/weekend hours and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required; travel and field support.
• Experience with hardware, video systems and networking.
• Willingness to travel to games and events; evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote replay system support.
• Perform replay product testing and reporting.
• Travel to conferences and events to support deployments.
• Collaborate with account management and engineering teams.
