Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring a Repair Representative to coordinate tow, rental and glass repairs for customers from the St. Louis area. This is a full-time, remote position with support hours Mon–Fri, 7 am–7 pm CST.

You will assess repair options, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining compliance and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
• Minimum of one year or more of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year or more of administration experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Automotive Degree in Collision Repair or similar field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must have the ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field calls to assist customers with emergency needs including tows, rentals, and physical damage coordination.
• Analyze and negotiate repair time and parts prices with glass vendors and tow facilities to ensure accurate and cost effective repairs.
• Ensure payment of vehicle repairs and parts invoices in a timely manner.
• Request and review tax and business certificates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Work closely with all Risk Management teams to achieve and maintain department expectations and goals.
• Assist Claims Support Coordinators as needed for call-backs and follow-ups.
