Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–5 years automotive experience preferred.
• Hands-on automotive experience required (repair, service writing, or technician).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Strong problem-solving and workflow improvement abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• As a Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster, you’ll deliver excellent customer experience while ensuring timely, accurate claims handling.
• Manage and adjudicate 20–30 vehicle service contract (VSC) claims daily.
• Maintain responsiveness: answer calls within 60 seconds and handle 40+ calls daily.
• Provide prompt, professional, solution-oriented support to customers, clients, and repair facilities.
• Resolve escalated or complex claims and customer concerns to successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners; collaborate with leadership on issues.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
