Bird Rock Systems in Phoenix is seeking a Renewals Specialist to support customers with renewal processes and recommendations. The role emphasizes strong communication and relationship-building to ensure renewal success.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, manage renewal quotes, and act as the liaison among customers, partners, and internal teams to drive retention and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• General understanding of IT industry.
• Experience managing SaaS contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to create a strong customer support experience.
• Create and present renewal quotes to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expiration.
• Act as the liaison between customers, partners and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with internal team, partners, and customers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive customer retention.
• Work collaboratively with the renewals team to manage our renewals pipeline and weekly forecast.
• Present quotes and renewals calendars with customers.
