isolved is seeking a Customer Support Representative on the Renewals Team to expand your client-facing experience beyond traditional support. You will manage renewals, cancellations, and account transitions while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

You will partner with clients, brokers, and internal teams to drive retention and growth, handling inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, and documenting activity with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage client renewals, cancellations, and software migration activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and external partners.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Treasury.
• Research and resolve client inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Perform data entry, auditing, and account maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Accurately document client interactions and activity.
• Escalate issues as needed and contribute to client retention efforts.
