Bird Rock Systems, Inc. is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage renewal quotes, liaise with customers, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure retention and a positive renewal experience.

Ideal candidates will excel in communication, negotiate renewals, and coordinate with partners and internal teams. This remote position pays a salary in the stated range with potential bonuses, supporting a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• General understanding and experience working in the IT industry.
• General understanding and experience managing SaaS contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to create a strong customer support experience
• Create and present renewal quotes to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expiration
• Act as the liaison between customers, partners and distributors
• Build strong relationships with internal team, partners, and customers
• Work with internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive customer retention
• Work collaboratively with the renewals team to manage our renewals pipeline and weekly forecast
• Present quotes and renewals calendars with customers.
