Invitation Homes is seeking a Renewal Specialist in Glendale to negotiate and finalize lease renewals with current residents. You will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process and ensure renewal targets are met.

Responsibilities include initiating renewal discussions, preparing lease documents, and supporting the team with administrative tasks while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate license is required.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with current residents to discuss lease renewal options.
• Negotiate lease renewals to meet renewal targets in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately prepare and process lease documents in a timely manner.
• Support department staff and assist with special projects as required.
