Jobgether is seeking a Renewal Manager to own the end-to-end renewal process, negotiate terms, and maintain strong customer relationships across the renewal cycle. You will collaborate with account managers, finance, support, and revenue operations to drive retention, uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate renewal forecasts.

Qualifications

• At least two years in renewal management or related sales function.
• Proven track record of achieving renewal or sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and contractual understanding.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal process from engagement to completion.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and conditions.
• Coordinate renewal strategies with account teams.
• Identify renewal risks and drive customer retention.
• Forecast renewal opportunities and monitor pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal policies.
• Collaborate with finance, support, and revenue ops to resolve issues.
