Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Contract Management Operations to lead a remote team responsible for the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients. The role focuses on improving client retention, net revenue retention, and renewal efficiency while guiding pricing, contract negotiations, and governance.

You will work with Sales, Client Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align renewal decisions with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in renewals, account/contract management, or project management.
• At least 2 years of people management leading client-facing teams.
• Experience with commercial contracts, pricing, renewal strategies, and negotiations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Client Service, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 Client Contract Managers; conduct performance reviews and onboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end renewal lifecycle; guide pricing, terms, negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure governance, language consistency, pricing frameworks, and approvals; handle escalations.
• Partner with Sales and Client Service for strategic renewal planning and retention.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Operations on pricing and approvals.
