Sullivan on Comp is seeking an organized Account Management & Renewals Coordinator to support renewals, account management, and growth efforts. Remote work is possible with travel to conferences and meetings in Southern California.

The role focuses on end-to-end renewal processes, customer communications, CRM updates, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development in Workers’ Compensation, Insurance, Legal Tech, SAAS, or similar.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Experience providing client activation and renewal support to account management, sales, or customer success teams.
• Strong organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, excellent time management, and strong follow-through.
• Willing and able to travel for conferences, trade shows, and firm meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal process and track upcoming renewals.
• Monitor accounts for renewal risks and coordinate with Account Executive.
• Maintain CRM records, renewal activities, forecasts, and account-status tracking.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, renewal documents, and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to resolve requests and ensure positive client experience.
• Support industry conferences and events through travel and onsite participation.
