Job summary

ResiHome, part of RESICAP’s Property Management division, seeks a 1099 Leasing Agent to remotely engage prospective residents and drive lease conversions. You will qualify prospects, present features, and manage the leasing and application process, with occasional property visits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment while supporting a growing portfolio of homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed broker or brokered license required.
• BA or AS degree preferred.
• New home experience preferred but not required.
• Top lead conversion experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to conduct in-office presentations and demos.
• Must hold a driver’s license and be able to travel occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
• Qualify leads and showcase property features to drive applications.
• Manage leasing and application processes for new residents.
• Respond quickly to prospects and create urgency to apply.
• Foster relationships and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Utilize administrative and computer skills to manage lease files and paperwork.
• Stay knowledgeable about communities, schools, employers and local amenities.
