Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Manager, Renewal Platform Specialist to drive scalable platform operations across remote regional teams in the United States. You will lead data-driven planning, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure peak team effectiveness.

You will coach, develop, and align team members with sales standards while collaborating with product marketing and operations. Travel up to 35% may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience managing or leading pre-sales teams, or equivalent leadership in a sales process context.
• Strong ability to analyze data and trends to guide decisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% (including overnight).
• SaaS enterprise solution background with strong sales acumen.
• Automotive experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data-driven plans aligning with business goals.
• Scale teams and optimize resource allocation for changing needs.
• Provide coaching and development across regional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure training and certifications.
• Oversee performance plans, documentation, and adherence to sales standards.
• Set and align individual and team goals with corporate strategy.
