Job summary

CDK Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to scale the pre-sales organization, drive adoption of best practices, and lead regional Platform Specialists to exceed performance standards. You will design data-driven plans, manage resource allocation, coaching programs, and collaboration with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure timely training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proven ability and success analyzing data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Manager of pre sales roles OR proven track record of leadership in a role involving sales process influence.
• Ability to travel up to 35% including overnight travel.
• SaaS enterprise solution background with strong sales acumen.
• Automotive experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly pursue scaling the team, improving efficiency, and implementing best practice standards.
• Develop and execute data-driven plans aligned with business goals, including resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Lead team scaling and optimize resource allocation to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide coaching and development across regional teams; implement structured development programs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to define training and certifications for all team members.
• Oversee performance plans, ensure adherence to sales standards, and adjust resources to maintain excellence.
• Facilitate goal setting for individuals and teams using data to inform decisions.
