As Operations Coordinator, you will manage the day‑to‑day execution of 20+ jobs, schedule installers, and be the main contact for homeowners and internal teams to ensure a seamless, timely delivery.

You don’t need construction experience, but you must be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and calm under pressure.

• Technologically literate and comfortable using digital tools.
• Financially literate with understanding of job costing and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of 20+ active jobs at any given time.
• Schedule and coordinate installers, ensuring jobs stay on track and on schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and high-level customer service.
• Proactively address issues and delays, working with production and sales teams to resolve them quickly.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and digital records for each project.
• Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects.
• Support hiring efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across operations.
• Act as a problem solver and strategic support for a fast-moving, high-performing team.
• Coordinate with outside vendors (insurance, legal, tax professionals) as needed.
