Responsibilities

• Support the owner in managing multiple remodeling and construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and communication between stakeholders.
• Convert handwritten field notes into detailed digital documentation accurately.
• Track progress and follow up to meet deadlines and actions.
• Provide project updates to clients and coordinate material selections.
• Assist with planning materials, inventory, and project requirements.
• Record and organize project expenses and financial records.
• Maintain project pipelines and keep information current.
• Research construction products, materials, and potential solutions as requested.
• Update construction plans and documentation as projects evolve.
• Help stay organized by tracking priorities and outstanding tasks.
