Job summary

CCi Voice in Bethel, CT is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep customer installation projects on track. The role is full-time with a partially remote arrangement, serving as the hub for coordinating internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or managing schedules.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable leading customer and internal project meetings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, managed services, construction, security systems, or other installation-based businesses is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple installation projects from kickoff through completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Schedule and lead project status meetings.
• Keep customers informed with regular updates.
• Follow up when customer information or decisions are needed.
• Coordinate communication between sales, engineering, technicians, programmers, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain action-item lists and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Own the “next action” for every project with owner, due date, and follow-up.
• Identify potential delays early and resolve them before impacting the customer.
• Help improve internal project management processes and documentation.
