Job summary

Statewide Remodeling Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the coordination of installation jobs and align department processes with business needs. The role involves customer communication, scheduling, and data maintenance in CRM and Excel.

The candidate should have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and basic Excel proficiency. This office-based position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with standard office hours and room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience in scheduling is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic Excel skill.

Responsibilities

• Logistical and labor coordination of all installation jobs.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Production teams.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Monitor and maintain Excel spreadsheets with internal data.
• Accurately document customer interactions, customer feedback and other information in CRM.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
