Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a Release Train Engineer/DevOps Systems Lead for a 100% remote federal project. You will lead the Agile Release Train and oversee a cross-functional DevOps team for CI/CD, build and release automation, and platform operations for Java apps and InterSystems IRIS.

You will collaborate with Product Management, System Architects and stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple Agile teams; must reside in the continental US with 7+ years in software

Qualifications

7+ years in large-scale software delivery with 3+ years in RTE or SAFe leadership.
Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train with multi-team programs.
Strong DevOps/DevSecOps experience, CI/CD, build and release management.
Proficient with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI; Docker and Kubernetes; AWS.
Ability to obtain government clearance; resides in continental US.

Responsibilities

Lead the Agile Release Train and facilitate SAFe ceremonies.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe and continuous improvement.
Drive program-level execution and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with Product Management and System Architects on vision and roadmap.
Lead DevOps Systems Team for CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
Coordinate cross-team release planning and environment readiness.
Establish ART and DevOps metrics to guide improvement.
Prepare concise briefings for senior leadership.
