Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Relationship Manager for Retirement Solutions in the Southeast and Carolinas. You will manage small to mid-sized retirement plans, coordinate a service team, and build profitable relationships with plan sponsors, advisors, TPAs and other providers.

Qualifications

• Five years in financial services, with at least three years focused on retirement plans.
• Experience managing relationships with plan sponsors and advisor/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management for defined client lists, including sponsors, advisors, TPAs and providers.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Nationwide capabilities.
• Onboard clients and ensure smooth implementation with the team; drive plan participant servicing strategies.
